STINGRAY STAR wallet - Stingray leather - Round zipper half wallet ZWL6001

Only the finest, rare stingray leather is used.

We use carefully selected leather with a high density of individual stone grains, which is said to be the case in only one out of every 100 pieces.
In addition, by carrying out a quick, integrated production process from harvesting to processing, we are able to produce leather that is both elastic and supple.

"Deep color achieved through dye finishing"

Many leathers are pigment-finished, where the surface is simply colored with a spray, but this product is soaked in dye, allowing the color to penetrate deep into the leather.
This means that even after years of use, the color will not fade and you can use it for a long time, maintaining its shine.

Fully polished for a beautiful shine

Each piece is polished by hand (full polishing).
Polishing creates a wonderful shine, and you can enjoy the deep color that can only be achieved with a dye finish.
Another feature is that the leather is light and supple. There are three stages: non-polished, half-polished, and full-polished.
Full polishing is the most expensive process.

"Sewing using the advanced techniques of skilled craftsmen"

Stingray leather is difficult to sew because of its extremely hard surface. Some people glue the threads together without sewing, and even if they sew, the threads can become distorted.
It is common for threads to break after years of use.
However, this product is designed with strength in mind, with grooves carved into the stitching area and then sewn over it.
This ensures that the threads are tightly woven into the leather, ensuring high strength.

Special processing to prevent deterioration over time

Most stingray leather on the market inevitably yellows due to exposure to ultraviolet rays and years of use.
This product is processed using special technology to maintain its beautiful whiteness, guaranteeing semi-permanent brightness and whiteness.
