Afterward, through bio-washing (tumbling with drums containing microorganisms that favor cotton, creating undulations and a silky texture in the fabric, and adding strength by shrinking 10%) in Kojima, Okayama Prefecture, a renowned center for denim processing, the material becomes resistant to losing its shape and repels dirt even after many years of use.
The thick oil leather, which can stand up to the strong presence of the fabric, develops a beautiful aged appearance with use, making it a design that can be cherished for a long time.
The use of leather piping on the straps and sides is a testament to the designer's attention to detail.

As it is a waterproof canvas, even if it gets stained with mud, most of the dirt can be removed by patting or brushing it after it dries.
Furthermore, when wet, the threads absorb water and expand, preventing water penetration, and when dry, it acts as a functional canvas that allows air to pass through. Historically, it was used for tarpaulins on trucks transporting fruits and vegetables.
